ManTech International, a Virginia-based government technology company will acquire InfoZen, a Bethesda, Maryland-based IT systems integrator for $180 million in cash.
InfoZen, which was founded in 1995 helps government customers transition from legacy technology systems. The company has long-standing relationships with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
All of InfoZen’s 300 employees will move over to ManTech.
“This acquisition is consistent with ManTech’s long-term strategy to expand our presence in the federal civilian market and enhance our capabilities in IT modernization,” said ManTech’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, George J.
