FiscalNote, a provider of real-time legal analytics has expanded its government policy analysis capability with the release of a new tool aimed at tracking state-level regulations. The new tool is called Atlantis and aggregates state-level regulations across all 50 states and D.C.
According to the company, Atlantis will provide a comprehensive database of state regulations across all industries – all in one place. The tool also provides customized analysis on specific issues and access to all related regulatory documents including bulletins, proposed rules, amended rules, adopted rules, emergency rules and executive orders.
“Following the release of Sonar earlier this year, we heard our customers asking for state-level regulations to complement the work they were already engaged in with state legislation,” said Tim Hwang, CEO and co-founder of FiscalNote.
The company says it is building an ecosystem for risk management through legal analytics and regulation tracking, which Atlantis will be a part of. Other tools in the ecosystem forecast the outcome of state and federal legislation, as well as providing insights on the effectiveness of individual legislators and their potential support for individual pieces of legislation.
