Unisys Hires For Key Public Sector Positions

Unisys has announced hires for key public sector positions within the company. Unisys government business represented approximately 44 percent of the company’s total revenue in the first quarter of 2015.

Mark A. Forman is joining the company as global head of Unisys Public Sector. Jennifer L. Napper has joined Unisys as group vice president of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Group within Unisys Federal.

Forman was previously administrator of the Office of E-Government and IT (now known as the Federal government’s CIO) in the George W. Bush administration. Forman has responsibility for leading the company’s global Public Sector business which accounts for approximately 26% of Unisys’ revenues.

Napper leads all account management, solution delivery and business-growth activities for the Unisys Federal organization serving clients in the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence communities. Napper recently retired from the U.S. Army with the rank of Major General after 30 years of distinguished service. Prior to joining Unisys, Napper was vice president and deputy general manager, Defense Solutions, at L-3 Communications.
