Accenture has acquired Agilex Technologies, a provider of digital solutions for the federal government. Accenture says the acquisition will enhance the company’s capabilities in analytics, cloud and mobility for its federal agency offering.
Agilex will be folded into Accenture’s existing product lines and will provide Agilex customers with additional systems integration features.
“Digital technologies are fundamentally changing the way that government organizations operate and interact with citizens, patients, employees, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders,” said David Moskovitz, Accenture Federal Services chief executive.
Agilex currently serves a number of federal departments and independent agencies, such as the Departments of Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security and Commerce.
