The city of Corpus Christi, Texas is modernizing its court case management system with Incode from Tyler Technologies. Tyler provides technology solutions specifically made for state and local governments. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
The city selected Tyler’s Incode solution to replace their antiquated municipal court software which was lagging behind on financial and collection features. Corpus Christi invested in a wide range of Incode applications to provide efficiencies across court functions, including court case management, jury management, secure online payment processing, warrant and citation import scheduling, and officer email notification for streamlined communications.
The upgrade will allow the municipal court to move away from manual and paper-based processes to online and automated workflows. Over 700 cities nationwide already use Incode for the same types of services.
Local residents will also be able to make court related payments on time reducing costs and travel times to collect.
