IT and professional services provider, Oasis Systems has been awarded a prime contract with General Services Administration (GSA) called One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB). OASIS SB is a contract that was developed in response to the Government’s substantial need for a hybrid, Government-wide acquisition vehicle. The vehicle is expected to account for as much as $10 billion in spending.

330 firms bid for the contract that was ultimately awarded to Oasis. Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GSA, the US Air Force Combat and Mission Support has committed to use GSA OASIS to acquire professional services throughout their portfolio of programs. An additional 40 small businesses were selected that will have the right to bid for task orders within the vehicle.

OASIS SB is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle which will allow government agencies to spend money on specific tasks and procurement items that fall within its remit without having to rebid the entire vehicle each time. Task orders are projects that selected contractors can bid on within the pool of this contract.

The task orders will provide professional services at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), and Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) locations for the next five years.
