The Office of Management and Budget is expected to release more details concerning data and information gathering requirements for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) today. So far the guidance on how states need to be reporting their use of ARRA money has been described as hazy and ambiguous. The OMB has released “detailed” guidance in a memorandum(pdf), but those on the front line say they need more from the federal government.
