The problem is that the FDA only looked at the smoke juice of the top 2 distributors of electronic cigarettes and accessories. Both of these companies distribute Chinese made smoke juice (probably from the same manufacturer). The Chinese have lower quality control standards than the US, and you really don't know what our getting. If they would have looked at American Made Smoke Juice such as Halo, Johnson Creek, or Cloud9, I be t the results would havebeen much different.

MILK has far more toxic chemicals in it, and all by itself can kill if you drink too much. The poison is in the dose. Nicotine has never been causally linked to any disease, in fact is prescribed to treat various diseases. The FDA is not telling the public that the Nicotrol Inhaler has Nicotine AND Nitrosamines, AND so do Tomatoes and Potatoes, yet none of those are banned. Diethylene glycol is also used in skin lotions, deodorants, shampoo, toothpaste, sweet wines, and other products, yet none of those are banned. The FDA lies about a lot of other products and medicines also, in service to/by order of it's funders, Big Pharma.

Wait a minute! Aren't they selling tobacco cigarettes in Oregon? When were they proven to be safe? I sense some serious double standards here ...

Here is more info for those who want to know both sides of the electronic cigarette story:

When did America become the land where "what is not allowed is forbidden"? So now the government can arbitrarily ban something until it is proven safe? I thought they must prove that there are hidden dangers in order to ban products. Has any testing been done on snowboards to prove they are safe?

Chris Sugar has it right. These products are being marketed to smokers. The government needs to prove that e-cigs are more dangerous than regular cigs. There are many companies marketing these without health claims. Why are those companies being punished?

If you would like more info on e-cigs, visit www.e-cig-info.org, a non-commercial information website.

If you would like more info on models, prices, and flavors, visit www.libertyecig.com, an online retailer.

This is a load of hooey. The FDA used a nicotrol inhaler as the test control. If they compared an e-cig with a normal cig, the results would've been totally different. Also, in the most recent news, the FDA admitted that Electronic Cigs are SAFER than normal cigs... but where are all the news articles about it? Oh yeah, Big Pharma and Big Tobacco blocked THOSE articles. Sheesh.

I smoked for more than 10 years and now I’ve completely stopped smoking normal cigarettes. I can breathe easier and no longer cough. I’ve tried patches, nicotine gum, you name it! This is the best invention since sliced bread and I’m glad that I purchased a good unit. I started with disposable units that were cheap but they provided no throat hit, I thought, is that it? So I did my research.

After researching online for various companies and prices, I found Freshsmoking[.]com They’ve got the best prices, their starter kits start at only $45 dollars and the rest of their accessories are much cheaper than anywhere else I’ve seen. The best part about it is that their units provide a strong throat hit and a great battery and cartridge life. I’ve had my unit now for more than a month and it’s still going strong! Also, their customer service was great and I received my package in just 2 days!! I highly recommend them!
